This could have been any wedding:

Yet this wedding was different right from the getgo. The bride’s dress was blue, the location was where the bride and groom first met, and the entire event was planned by the couple from out of state! To top it all off they played Shout by the Beatles as they danced back up the aisle.

Just as we’re catching up on posts to here, these people spent a fun-filled night catching up with old friends. It was Glenelg High’s 25 Year Reunion of the class of ‘84! We got to capture all of this catching up, here’s a peek:

My grandmothers always agree on one thing; the gift of pictures is the best gift you can give. Here’s a shoot we did a couple of months ago. These girls were delightful to work with, and it was their mom who wanted this photoshoot done in order to give the photos as a Christmas gift for her husband. It was a big secret to keep from the girl’s dad, especially as he was actually at the golf club while we were taking the pictures!

We even made a few custom collages for Sarah and she got them printed for the hubby’s office. This is just one of them!

We had a photoshoot this past weekend for a family that was celebrating their grandmother’s 70th birthday at the Cattail Creek Country Club. Had a wonderful time and finished the shoot early, so we had a few opportunities to get more photos of the kids and families in some more creative and less formal poses!

Bill and Patricia’s wedding was at the Rocky Gap Golf Resort near Cumberland, Maryland. Their wedding was really sweet… intimate, full of family and close friends, and kids who weren’t afraid of having fun. It was one of those weddings that was really relaxed and everyone was enjoying themselves. Here are some of the photos from the outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

They had a Celtic harpist playing for the ceremony!

Later on they passed out sparklers to the kids and they turned into Harry Potters!

This. Just think it’s so awesome.. and if any of our couples do this, we’ll give you some major props!
